This afternoon the court heard the killer’s motion regarding advancing the sentencing date. The Judge started things out by letting her attorney know the reason sentencing date was set so late was due to his schedule. All the attorney’s were able to settle on a new sentencing date of May 11, 2009 at 1:30PM.
There was no discussion about her complaints that the Milwaukee County Jail being too uncomfortable for her. The Judge did the right thing once again and left her in Milwaukee County Jail to wait her sentencing.

My name is Kelly Hickman, I was the first person on scene to try to help Mikey that day. My girlfriend also rushed over to help. All I did was hold his head and talked to him and wait until real help could arrive. My inability to do more has convinced me to get more formal training in first response. I have been wittness to way to many motorcycle accidents over the years and as much as I hope never to see another, I know it will happen again. I do not want to ever feel that helpless again. Mikey has given me the motivation to be a better biker and be more prepared if something like this happens again. My condolences to all who feel the loss of thier friend.
