I have just received official word that the killer will be waving her right to the Preliminary Hearing.
What this basically means is that she is telling the court that the answer to the two questions below is yes.
1. Did the alleged crime occur within the court's jurisdiction?
2. Is there probable cause, to believe that the defendant committed the crime?
With her doing this there will be no need for the Prosecuting Attorney to call any witnesses. It will be a brief court appearance likely two to five minutes were the court will set a date for a status conference which when future court dates will be put on the calender.
The public is still welcome to attend the hearing and show support for Mikey, however I felt it important everyone know what will happen Wednesday morning. As with every court date I will be there in person to bring you all the details.
