Recent Newspaper coverage of Mikeys homicide

There is so much I want to say and so many things I feel you need to know but I just do not know were to start. If you found this blog most likely you have heard something about Micheal v. Fleming or Mikey as we call him or maybe you just heard about a biker killed in Milwaukee during the Harley-Davidson 105th Anniversary Celebration in Milwaukee on August 29th.

Well this blog is going to do two things number one make sure my friend Mikey is never forgotten and number two keep everyone up todate as his killer Kathleen Boland goes through our legal system and court proceedings.

So the best way I can think of to tell the events of that tragic weekend is via links to the news coverage...

As Reported in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:
Saturday August 30th
http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=789102 (the story broke)
Monday September 1rst
http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=789614 (they tell who Mikey is)
Thursday September 4rd
http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=790814 (drunk driver charged)
Friday September 5th
http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=791185 (coverage again with the overall drunk driving problem)
Monday September 8th

Steve, I just want to say thanks again for all your help Both Tony and yourself have been really comforting to my friends. I really appreciate all the hard work that the both of you are doing in memory for Mike as well putting forth the message and hopefully a new law that will end these senseless ending of beautiful peoples lives. I know that without Steve and Tony’s efforts we would never really find the closure to this horrific experience. God bless the both of you!

Feel like im jumping on a bandwagon but Mikey was my big cousin. One who i,d wish i,d gotten to know better. But that will never happen. Thanks to all who have kept his memory alive and for this site. Every time i,ll hear a Harley i,ll think of him.

Steve, I'm probably one of Mikey's biggest fans. I'm from Ann Arbor, and actually am just a waitress that Mikey dined at daily. He was like an uncle, and has watched me buy my fist car, go to H.S. prom, graduation, years through college, and then become a mother. He is just a wonderful person, that I looked forward to seeing for dinner. He had such a presence about him, he made everyone laugh. We all sat with him when he came in to eat, and many of us... just don't know what to do without him. I loved him as if he was my real uncle. Thanks you Steve, for this site, its nice to be updated on what's happening.
