Notice of Court Date Wednesday 9-10

The killer will be appearing in court on Wednesday 9-10-08 for a Preliminary Hearing. This hearing is to basically answer two questions :

1. Did the alleged crime occur within the court's jurisdiction?
2. Is there probable cause, to believe that the defendant committed the crime?

To do this the Prosecuting Attorney will call some witnesses and present some basic evidence. Likely witnesses to be called would be the police officers who investigated the homicide.

This is a public hearing and you are welcome to attend to show your support for Mikey. It will be at:

I understand many of you reading this are in Michigan and tho you would like to be in court you are unable to make the trip for this short appearance. You will not be left out! I will be there and will report back here everything that happens in the court room. We will also have all of the local media in the court room as well and I will post the links to their coverage.

We are working to get the word out to local motorcyclist about this court date in order to get a good showing of support. I have been asked by several regions of Abate of Wisconsin http://www.abatewis.org/ to attend their regional meetings and tell Mikey's story I will be at Milwaukee County meeting this evening, Washington County on Wednesday evening and Waukesha County on Thursday evening. From day one in this fight for Mikey Abate of Wisconsin has been there as a great resource providing support and guidance in how to carry Mikey's fight forward with out them much of what has been done would not be possible for that I would like to publicly thanks them!
